JLP YAMAHA PUMP WEDGE 2″ SHO/SVHO
Our JL Performance Nozzle Wedge Kit was designed to improve the top-speed of your craft by 1~2mph. The precision-machined wedge trims up your pump nozzle raising the bow of your craft for less drag substantially improving top speed. It features a unique double-sided lip to retain silicone sealant and prevent cavitation. Made from aluminum construction CNC and washers from marine grade stainless steel. The pump wedge is CNC machined out of a single piece of 6061 Aluminum, finished in a black anodized coating that protects it from salt water and features a double-sided lip to retain silicone sealant and prevent cavitation. It does NOT include 4 marine grade stainless steel bolts to securely fasten in place the piece. We extensively tested our pump wedge to ensure that there are no handling compromises. JLP YAMAHA WIDEBAND KIT
Our wideband kit for Yamaha contains all the necessary instruments to read the mixture on all Yamaha SHO and SVHO engines comes with a digital water proof gauge that allows you to see the right Tune, includes all the necessary harness to be installed, brings a spacer billet which is placed in the exhaust of the jetski. JLP FUEL SYSTEM REGULATOR KIT
Our Gas System is designed to increase gas pressure that goes into the engine, consists of a regulator capable of working between pressures of 20-80 lb, with a rising system of vacuum layers to compose the mixture to its optimum point. JLP YAMAHA BIG WHELL 24 LBS SVHO
The JLP 24 lbs. wheel is capable of producing a volume of air much higher than the factory wheel. Its made of CNC Aluminium 5 Axis able to withstand high temperatures at high Revs. Its a wheel billet and light balanced to 13,000 RPM. Produces a constant boost of 23 lbs. at 9,400 RPM. This wheel works on any SVHO Supercharger with no need of modifying housing. It is mandatory to use after market shaft and after market intercooler.

The Super-Duty ‘GEN-3’ Supercharger Shaft Kit provides the ultimate in reliability for high boost applications. YAMAHA SOLAS IMPELLER 13/18R FOR GP 1800, FZR, FX
SOLAS Impellers have a wide range of designs that can increase the low-end thrust and top-end speed of your personal watercraft – getting more power to your jet pump. SOLAS Impellers are constructed of high-strength, stainless steel, and feature a polished hub and exclusive hub-end water seal for reduced cavitation. The wide variety of SOLAS impellers for Sea-Doo, Kawasaki, and Yamaha personal watercraft have been used by world champions and lake-goers alike.
All watercraft come with a stock impeller, however this impeller is made to work efficiently for a wide variety of users and scenarios. The standard style of impeller is going to be more middle of the road performance-wise. If you are looking to get more top speed or bottom end out of your watercraft, this is when it is time to upgrade. You will want to take into account the following:
Weight- The more weight being carried, the more bottom end the watercraft will need to get on plane faster, therefore pitch would need to be reduced on the impeller to limit the volume passing through to the pump.
Performance- Depending on overall weight of the watercraft, rider experience, and performance modifications, a rider may need a more aggressive impeller to suit added power and performance.
Horsepower- It is important to note the overall load and top RPM the watercraft will have after tuning at the very least.
Altitude- This can play a major role in watercraft performance. Using an impeller that works at sea level will restrict the motor at greater altitudes, and vice versa.
Materials- leading brands in impeller manufacturing use stainless steel which allows for added strength and less weight than materials such as aluminum.
Pitch- Smaller pitches will improve acceleration and reduce top speed, while increasing pitch will decrease acceleration while improving top speed. Combining smaller pitch at the leading edge of the blade with a larger pitch at the trailing edge, also known as Progressive Pitch, allows the impeller to grab water and catapult it back towards the pump, essentially giving you the best of both pitch styles.
Blade Configuration- Having overlapping blades allows impellers to have increased blade area, and thus increases vacuum and allows the impeller to pull more water in towards the pump.
